I agree in principle, but I’d like to see the proposed policy first, especially how they define a “fair market price”.

Would the Scot Gov be able to force an owner to accept an offer it decides is fair?

Why can't the tenant simply be the first to put their offer on the table and await the outcome?

What voting SNP on the regional ballot does is increase the number of seats unionist parties receive, unless the second vote goes to the Scottish Greens. That is a proven fact.
