That’s an interesting idea, for example the random selection of 11 jurists from a bench of 15 for each court session. This plan would diminish the power of corrupt or bought judges. Another idea may be an independent panel to investigate conflicts of interest to exclude flagged judges from cases.
That would almost pay off the national debt.
