from what i know u dont have to larp at all! its really a ‘do as much or as little as u want to’ thing. the most they ever ask for is to kinda dress for events! but YEA theres typically lots of arts/sciences classes (on what depends on ur group and whose available 2 teach but its usually all free!)

if you havent already yet definitely search up ‘SCA (your city name)’!! there should be a community by you or in a neighboring area that might have what youre lookin for! i just joined our local group about a month or so ago and everyones been wonderful 💖
