yep exactly😂 on the bird app i have my spam filter set to the most strict, so most awkward unprompted small talk goes right to the spam folder. my dms are open so i can talk to artists mostly, but otherwise i usually avoid my inbox on that app (it’s a dumpster fire like the rest of that app lol).

i think if dms happen on here then i just won’t ever open any of them. that’ll be my policy, so if people choose to send stuff they’re just talking to a wall tbh😂 i’m not a fan of awkward small talk and forced conversations, so dms from randos are very unappealing to me lol.
