This does not surprise me - I'm done pre-ordering anything from them since I've got two big batches of pre-orders I placed at @orbitdvd.bsky.social that stupidly included a TerrorVision title that've been sitting in limbo for months cuz TV can't get their shit together. Spend your money elsewhere

If companies can't pay, be straight up about it and communicate. No excuse for this.

It’s so ridiculous. And like most of us aren’t doing it for the money, because it’s not the best pay, but we love these releases and we are proud of the work and being treated like this is horrible.

All I've heard about them behind the scenes for the past year or so is that nobody gets paid and nobody gets sent contributor copies. So yeah, not great.

Thanks! Yeah the producer said he was very happy with my work. And I hate calling people out but I also feel like people need to know about this sort of thing!

Few of you asked what company I was talking about the other day re: not paying contributors/not sending contributor copies/having emails ignored. Unfortunately it doesn’t look like that was an isolated incident!

Unfortunately I’m not the only person who has had issues with them either but I feel the need to say my peace about it because I feel really used.

They also did not answer me the multiple times I asked about receiving a contributor copy, something that’s very important to me and other people who work on these projects.

My main connection is the producer who has been really lovely playing the middle man with Brad Henderson to get me paid but my attempts at communicating with Brad have been met with radio silence. Incredibly disrespectful to have so little regard for the people you hire.

Hate to call out a distribution company but I would really think twice about supporting Terror Vision. It’s been over a year since I wrote an essay for their release of Patchwork and I still have not been paid.
