لم تأخذ اللجنة التشريعية حتي بمقترحات حقوقيين قدمت خلال جلسات #الحوار_الوطني بشأن الحبس الاحتياطي. اكتفت بتعديل شكلي للمدد دون معالجة المشاكل الأساسية: طول المدة، غياب ضمانات منع التدوير، وسوء استخدام النيابة لصلاحياتها، ما يجعل التغيير غير حقيقي لضمان حقوق المتهمين. 7/8
