First time at The London Book Fair. Came home buzzing with ideas and big dreams
Hi, anyone know where you can order detail reflectors like the one below. I’ve had mine for years supplied from the cleft centre. My MAGS mentee asked where she could get one as she currently uses a small dental mirror. Many thanks
This is going to be so useful. Very grateful for academics who have the skills to conduct this type of research
Fantastic work @misltoessd.bsky.social and to the 71 UK SLTs who took part. Looking forward to the next steps
@nikkimcdonald.bsky.social shares her son's journey with speech and language therapy for his severe #SSD showing the value of evidence-based dosage to support Raising Awareness of Dosage in Speech Sound Disorder (RADiSSD). Find it here www.thespeechdoctorni.co.uk/radissd @csdrnetwork.bsky.social
Fascinating read and makes so much sense when you think about it.
The December therapy toys can relax now and enjoy their Christmas break 😁
I’ve just listened to these excellent interviews with Louisa Reeves. Such important messages for us to share with educators across the whole age range (get sharing folks!)
Short video clips of therapy steps especially with young children. Partially due to long waiting lists here in UK many children aren’t seen until they’re already in school. Video examples would be helpful for clinicians & as evidence to support earlier diagnosis and treatment to show commissioners

Tonight’s gig was for the RAF Benevolent Fund. Beautiful venue
Not speech therapy related - just my alter ego singing with London Show Choir performing with Michael Crawford 😁

A laptop sits open on a desk. The screen says Raising Awareness of Dosage in SSD, RADiSSD with a video play button under the text. At one side of the laptop is a pen pot, a cup coffee. On the other side is a potted succulent plant and a mobile phone on top of a notebook.
NEW: We’re delighted to share a FREE presentation by the newly formed RADiSSD Group. They are raising awareness of dosage in SSD.
They aim to support the role of more evidence-based dosage in service delivery models to improve outcomes and resource use.
