An update to the Simpsons Hit & Run Multiplayer server (SHAR MP) is scheduled for 2026-04-04 at 12:00 AM UTC. A client update will not be required. Downtime on Donut Team official servers is expected to last about 1 hour.

Happy to hear - we'll try to investigate why that file could have caused you to crash and hopefully have a more permanent solution for the next version. We hope you enjoy the update.
There's a file next to the mod launcher called "Lucas Simpsons Hit & Run Mod Launcher.exe.config" - Can you try deleting the file and attempting to run the mod launcher?
Have you tried downloading 1.26.1 and seeing if it is experiencing the same issue? You can do so from this page: modbakery.donutteam.com/projects/dow...
The program not launching means it is silently crashing. Try checking Event Viewer, if the launcher is crashing due to an uncaught exception, it'll be logged there. If it is, we can help diagnose. If it is not, we will do our best to identify the issue.
