today is 2 years of being clean and being 2 years suicide attempt free ♡ the last two years hasn’t been easy but i’m so proud of myself for how far i’ve come and feeling blessed with the opportunities i’ve been given this year ♡

my nose has been congested for days i’ve taken the highest dose of antihistamines i’ve got and have no other symptoms rn LOLL

idk why i’m considering getting an air purifier now but i love being an adult!

bro i want to buy an inflatable pool but scared bc we have a massive wooden deck and no flat grassy area or concrete so like would it be okay!!??? 🤣😭 should i get one anyways even tho we have no space loll like they’re so cute

thank you and yeah i would get very depressed about 2 weeks to 1 week before my period starts and sometimes have tw / suicidal thoughts even to extreme during that time so hopefully i can also talk to my doctors about that im seeing a mental health nurse in the new year hopefully 🩷

anyways never mentioned this but saw my family for the first time in over a year nearly 2 years at christmas and my cousin who has adhd and autism said he thinks i also have adhd (we didn’t really talk about the autism) so i guess im going to try and get a diagnosis in 2025 🥴 im scared lol
