These are beautiful sketches. I especially love the texture of the cover.
Stress is eventual, even though it can be deeply uncomfortable and even painful. Reminding myself of the constancy of stress—that I can expect it, even rely on it happening—takes away some of its sting and surprise. This way, I am prepared when it happens.
