If there is, I'm not aware of one that's priced as if they're mostly escrowing online digital artwork rather than higher value traditional gallery pieces.

I think it'd be difficult to get the ball rolling but a general online art/goods/services escrow service would be generally appreciated by a lot of people.

Now the arbitration process though...
