there are some game (perhaps crack) theories about base libra being basically the best boss and the enhanced version being terrible on purpose, because he is the scale bearing entity, so it has to be balanced. idk if thats true or not but regardless i hate the outcome

yea, he only gets like one extra attack but it makes the fight feel so much more frightening and its so interesting as a whole. most other everdarks get like full extra phases and movesets but adel gets quite a little added and i think it adds so much to the fight
