Those are explicit.

Think of something more ambiguous as it reaches down.

Remember Abu Ghraib. That started with John Woo advising the president that torture was ok.

That allowed a more “relaxed” attitude towards military discipline, even though there were no specific orders to torture.

Also, orders given to the lowest level are devoid of all policy. Enlisted may not even know their orders are based on an illegal order given many levels higher and filtered down.

Federal judge rejects Trump’s dubious defamation lawsuit against The Wall Street Journal The demise of the president’s case is a demonstration of the benefits of fighting back — and of the folly of appeasement.

"The only way to lose in a fight against Trump is to try to appease him...

Those who "stand up for themselves and resist the ridiculous attempts at intimidation have prevailed..."

So, if a British or French ship attempts to run the blockade, is the US Navy going to fire on it? That's a whole new problem for NATO's Article 5.

Only a little less risky than firing on the Indians or the Chinese.

It's clear that he hasn't really thought this through, isn't it?

I think it’s related to an author that claimed Epstein told him that she was his b4 he introduced her to Trump. She threatened to sue him for $1B and he sued her in advance. It’s been out there, so I don’t know why the press is acting like it’s all sudden.

No. They were not exonerated. It was clearly an unlawful order. They were convicted for conduct unbecoming a marine (a charge that does not exist in the UCMJ). In the real world they would have been charged with assault, manslaughter)

There is a manufacturer's warranty that says the product should work as advertised. If BB is refusing, they probably want you to go to the manufacturer. PIA, but ask BB what your recourse is. Them? Or mfr?
