An abstract graphic with wind turbines, birds, buildings and trees depicted. Text reads "celebrating earth day."
Every year on Earth Day, we’re encouraged to reflect and act on our concern for the health of the planet. Head to www.halifACT.ca to learn more about what we're doing to help the planet by taking climate action and investing in community.
Alan Doyle cracked the code, and found a way to spend a week in Halifax while performing to four adoring crowds. HAFILAX's Trev snapped some photos at one of his March shows:

Awesome idea!
Red leather-bound journal resting on a light speckled countertop. The cover features an embossed heart design with swirling patterns and smaller hearts inside, framed by a textured border. A metal clasp with two round studs is visible on the right edge. A portion of a dark patterned rug appears at the bottom left.
On the cross country journey with my dog Berton through the summer, I am bringing along this journal I got at a trading post store near Sangudo, Alberta.
My goal is to have the people I meet write their thoughts on Canada and what Canada means to them in the book.
😆 what a PR stunt! Waste of water, waste of opportunity to use his fame & privilege for something positive... coulda gave drinking water to communities who need it. Or draw attention to charity.

Bob Rae: "I wouldn't talk about Mark Carney and Howard Lutnick in the same sentence if I were you. Mr. Carney's tone was respectful. And it was intelligent. I'll let Howard Lutnick’s comments stand for themselves."
Marit Stiles: "The only reason [Doug Ford's] changing his mind now and selling off the plane is because he got caught with his hand in the taxpayers' pocket."
Jeremy Hansen: "What this should do is shine a spotlight on what we're capable of as a country. The fact that a Canadian flew around the moon in 2026 is not because it happened last year. It happened over decades."
OOPS!!!...accidentally reposted this.
