I just signed @greenpeaceuk.bsky.social’s petition calling on the government to save our seas from destructive fishing. The damage that supertrawlers are doing to ocean ecosystems is out of control.
Will you join me in calling for a ban on supertrawlers in UK Marine Protected areas? act.gp/34tZJRo
Well The Other Bennet Sister is wonderful.
Aw so sad another year of @potterythrow.bsky.social is over 😭 I loved this series.
Hamnet the book gorgeous, Hamnet the film awful. So disappointing.
Odd forecast mismatch from the BBC weather app for tomorrow..
February @thestorygraph.com stats - a slower month, there's been a lot going on eating into my reading time. Still, good books. #BookSky
Gorgeous. I really need to restart my Welsh language learning again. @kiripritchardmc.bsky.social 🍃 open.substack.com/pub/kiriprit...

Something the Government want you to forget...
Queen Charlotte is surely the best Bridgerton series? I have just sobbed and sobbed rewatching it (again) from my sick bed. Bloody gorgeous.
This cold I've got has ruined pancake day. 🥞 When do we stop getting colds? Colds are somehow embarrassing.. even though not being able to breathe, having painful sinuses & endless snotting, sneezing & coughing is a totally legitimate reason for needing to be in bed. Breathing is pretty essential!
I miss owning TV shows that I love. For example, I really would like to buy and physically own My Lady Jane, so I don't have to stream via Amazon ever again. #NothingWrongWithDVDs
Labour’s vote is collapsing everywhere.
In Peterborough last night, as in Gorton and Denton, voting Green is the only way to stop Reform.

I'm convinced AI is our generation's radium - a discovery with genuinely useful applications in specific, controlled circumstances that we stupidly put in everything from kid's toys to toothpaste until we realised the harm far too late where future generations will ask if we were out of our minds.
Eugh Bridgerton S1 is the worst.
Watching this new series of Bridgerton whilst also reading Longbourn feels fortuitous... or serendipitous - it's turned out marvellously! #RegencyDownstairs #BookSky
Home with a headache after an all day work event, catching up on last night's @potterythrow.bsky.social as a salve to soothe my head and calm my overstimulated oversocialised introverted brain 🥰🏺 #SoothingTV
Someone at our staff conference today must've been a current Busted fan as their very underrated most recent single was casually on the soundtrack for the day alongside some really big tunes! I need to know who my ally is! 😅 #Busted #OneOfTheseDays #StaffConference

I've felt like I've got off to a good reading start in 2026, 4 finished books in January - although is actually 1 less than 2025! I don't understand how people are fitting in 20!? It's been a month of all borrowed books, 4 from the library, via the @libbyapp.com , and one irl borrow from a friend.
My 2025 5* reads #ReadingWrapped2025
We want the media and politicians to recognise that there is a large number of women who are supportive of the trans+ community. We call on them to report truthfully about the sources of violence against women and to address the systems that perpetuate harm. notinourname.org.uk/petition/not...
My 2024 reading wrap up @thestorygraph.com Better late than never! Lol
Is it just me or does the calendar view still choose some odd colours from the book covers? Still love the wrap up of course
