In my quiet era: making tea, reading a book, contemplating how early is too early to go to bed.

I mean it's a delicious dish.
No you're crying.
Hockey playoffs are the best!
Without posting your age, post your favorite film releases the year you turned 18.
Solid drink choice but terrible sounding fit for this weather.
Thank you! That dress made me feel incredible.
Thank you!
Me in a floor length black and gold gown.
I felt like a beautiful goddess at Tiger Ball last week!
Where is that?
The only thing that makes me sad about living downtown is the loss of nature: trees, birds chirping, etc. Happy for you and your side porch....and love this text.
A white bowl filled with cacio e pepe pasta.
Stress means carbs and this cacio e pepe at Lidia's is a top five meal. If it was a regular feature I'd be in trouble.
Good luck!
That color is amazing! Looking awesome!
Same to you! This week's weather has been no joke!
This is like watching a terrible sports event. So much yelling. All these people driving through a tornado now. Hope everyone gets where they need to go safely.
A dirty martini
Martini time. Also super fun to live by Union Station and question whether noises are trains or storms.
Watching people drive through floodwaters and screaming at my TV like that will help matters.
I need to make my martini. I just keep watching the coverage.
I may need an emotional support martini to manage this storm anxiety.
Aldi's frozen vegetables are awesome. Come in different blends and roast up in the oven great. Just had those and fish and feel like the healthiest version of me.
Weird concert experience last night. First, no line at the ladies room but the men's was so long. Second, only a handful of people stood or danced during either band.
Maybe we're all just collectively exhausted so it's enough to be present in a seat but I had not seen that little activity before.
I know the bad storms are south of downtown but the wind outside still sounds scary.
Also love that technology is so great now the weather peeps can tell us down to the streets that are being impacted. This is the kind of scientific improvement that saves lives.
These KDot camera views of the storms are like watching Twister. It's terrifying and humbling to be a resident of this planet when you see what the weather can do.
For KC yes. Storms are south of the metro.
Fox 4 showing photos of the tornado storm. Scary! Their storm chasers are heading toward it.
