Inspired by Ann Rigney’s work on Remembering Activism, I put the “Internationalism Calendar” on my Christmas wish list. January is called ‘seeds of hope’ and details the story of protests against UK weapon production for Indonesia in the context of the struggle for independence in East Timor.

THE BLANKET * Index: Current Articles The Blanket project exists as a commitment to freedom of speech. Its purpose is to facilitate analysis, debate and discussion, to resist censorship, and to create the space for a diversity of views.
