Everyone has bad days, sometimes things get taken the wrong way, tone isn't inferred correctly, personalities clash... It doesn't mean anyone involved is necessarily an arse. It's just being human, and sometimes we don't react well, sometimes we're able to deal with things well.

I logged in recently to look for a local page. Within 10 minutes I was angry, frustrated, sad, crying, and I hadn't even remembered to look up what it went on there for.
