I have turned off the TV for the most part since the election, but still keep tabs on what's going on. So far, the Trump 2.0 administration is shaping up to be pretty alarming. I don't want to be in a panic for 4yrs, but I think that's inevitable. Buckle up everyone.

Damn this sense of malaise. It feels like a dark cloud over life similar to grief. I know all about living w/grief because I lost my daughter in 2018 & mom in 2022. I feel like the US I loved, might slip away. I can't control what may happen, but I can control myself. While grieving it helps 1/2
