Fantastic article, & a cost effective common sense solution. We're fortunate to have tons of wildlife in our area, including coyotes. The racoons are a nuisance tho & once they started using our yard as their toilet, we started to bring our bird feeders in at night. Problem solved without killing.

Winters are not what they used to be here. We only hit -30C's a few times this winter, & snow held off until well into Nov. Typically first snow is around Halloween, & the first real snow mid Nov. Average temps around -14C or so with some cold snaps. I want to leave b/c I've been here my whole life

Let’s it crisp up on the bottom more. For this style of bread you actually have a water pan below the bread, and spritz water into the oven, that’s what gets the crispy exterior.
