As much as I love FMA Brotherhood, I thought it was interesting seeing the original 2003 anime take some liberties with how alchemy worked and it was pretty creative

yeah i agree, i didn’t recognize this until later on as an artist, and i always felt constricted because the people/algorithm on (x) kind of expect the same output from artists
