Been long overdue for me to do a Bloodborne fanart. It is for me by far the most visually appealing piece of media there is! I hope I did it justice!

That's fascinating and totally not how my brain works at all lol. But it's so cool knowing that people can do this!
I think my subconscious works out a lot of stuff before I get to the page. Sometimes I'll have an idea and need to get it down, but largely there's a period of deliberation, as you put it. Or I'll interrogate the bits I wrote initially when I was hit by the lightning.
I do know that the write fast or write bad thing is largely a method to alievating the pressure. And I also know that I am a contrarian (even though that feels odd to own).
I just can't help but see the write bad as "make yourself a mess to clean up later" and I can't.
I do understand how it can work for folks, but it absolutely doesn't work for me. The first novel I ever wrote was a mess, bc I took that "write fast, fix later" advice and by the time I was done I knew it was a mess and it took me years to work up the courage to even look at.
All the recent writing related discourse stuff on this app has made me feel like a bad writer.
Rewriting is not fun.
Sound effects in comic scripts is the only part I don't like.
"Write bad then fix it later" feels like insanity to me.
The Golden Girls really is the best TV show of all time.
They pull off some OUTRAGEOUS twists that literally shocked me. Like the Cheeseman arc. Or when George returns. Or Dorothy dressed as Cher.

I bought a posture correcter strap from Chirp that is basically a backpack strap type thing and it has helped me a lot.
Also, taking turmeric every day has DRASTICALLY improved my carpal tunnel symptoms. Shout-out to Donny Cates for that tip.
