👵📺 The CT Housing Committee just passed our “Golden Girls” bill!
This bill allow any homeowner the right to rent out up to 3 bedrooms in the state of Connecticut, which ISN’T CURRENTLY ALLOWED in all of the state.
I know it sounds lame and obvious to say but it’s unbelievably awesome that if people want to move their town in the direction that they see fit that they can literally just run for office and do it.

Trump and the national Republican Party are openly saying the quiet part out loud: they aren’t bothered by the fact that young people can’t afford homes.
They acknowledge that it’s a fixable issue, but choose to do nothing.
