I’m sure they’re fine. I wouldn’t bother checking.

A friend of mine is an emergency room specialist doctor in Sydney. When those gyms came out a few back she and colleagues across other hospitals ran an informal study to see if there was an uptick in spinal injuries, etc.

The only significant category? 40-something men.

How far back in time can you understand English? An experiment in language change

If you liked this experiment, I published a full piece today in the same vein: a text that gets 100 years older with every section, from a modern blog post to a medieval chronicle.

It's a single story spanning 1000 years of English. See how far you get.

Do one, then go to a bunch of others. It's an abstract with an interesting title. Make it a PhD (sub)chapter, or otherwise you've got 5 months to write something new. If you have something already find a section to do it in; if something new do it in a section you'd like to contribute to.
