I imagine it is Portuguese from Portugal instead of Brazil (the difference is like UK and US english, it is just a difference of accent and some idioms). But overall it sounds good (I am Brazilian).

This 1952 AJS Donald Roy paper was what first excited me about ethnography. I assign it to PhD students w/classic org econ theory. I've always wanted to ask Bob Gibbons, Baker, Holmstrom, Milgrom, Roberts, ect. if they had read this. Ethnography is a wellspring of theory & policy. #orgsky #econsky
Organizations use systems to map expertise, but their effectiveness varies. These systems can enhance or devalue skills, impacting specialization and collaboration. Thoughtful design is key!
