What I really loved about the NCHC release was the addition of what some Husky alumni playing pro have to say about Nick Oliver. A nice touch. Grateful those guys were willing to share their admiration of Nick and their excitement for him and the program.

I had plans for a story on each of them but then schedules conflicted and then all this happened too. I'm very sad I wasn't able to get around to them. But that's how it goes, I guess. I'm over the moon Nick Oliver is at the helm now and that makes me so excited for what's to come!!!

Anyone I talked to for a story who is in the portal were incredibly kind and wonderful people. Austin was so much fun to get to know and I'll miss him a lot. I'll miss my dev camp trips to see him too. Barrett was a delight. He spoke so highly of his teammates. His words on Isak were so moving.
