There are days and where I will have plans but burnout has other plans for me. I end up becoming reclusive and don’t answer my phone or messages for days. People would end up waiting for me to appear only for me not to come 😓 and to anyone who I have done that to, I am truly sorry 😔

Been fighting with anxiety a lot more lately 😔 having Autism can really be a weight on my shoulders sometimes and when I get like this, I end up pushing people away - not intentionally but burnout is a very real problem when you get sensory overload leaving you overwhelmed.
