There are viewport events under "Other Events -> Views" however if you're comfortable coding, use the camera_get_view_x/y/width/height functions to get the camera bounding area and use that to check against the instance's x/y or bbox_left/right/top/bottom mask values (e.g. w/ rectangle_in_rectangle)
