Banning trans women from attending the Labour women's conference is a pretty clear violation of human rights. It's not even supported by the now broken Equality Act. I hope someone sues them over this. They would lose at ECHR
BREAKING: Labour will formally recognise trans women as ‘men’ tomorrow. It means trans women will be banned from all women shortlists and all Labour women’s groups. Revolting. The party’s relationship with LGBT+ is over.

Trans women are women, trans men are men, and non-binary and intersex folks are just as valid just as they are. It's time this was reflected in the law of the land, and LGBT+ Lib Dems will be at the forefront of pushing for that change.
