Ah man, DraftToDigital/ D2D are going to start charging us $12 USD a year for not earning 100 USD+ a year, on May 14th.
I'm tempted to go back to direct with Kobo (who do Overdrive), use Bookvault as my distributor & focus on Itchio and direct sales at this point. What are your thoughts authors?
So much chatter about D2D I missed the email causing it (depression in the act). I deliberately went to Draft2Digital because I hate monopolies and I wanted people to have options. I sacrificed the tiny bit I was making to make that so. And they turn around and pulled a Redbubble on us? ... hell no.
Less than a day to go, then I won't annoy you all anymore, woohoo!
It's also nice to finally get some sales. Would be nice if I got them solo too. /slylook

I want to be excited about Artemis II launch.
But I've seen so many red flags around the mission over the years that I'm more anxious than excited. It feels like a disaster waiting to happen at this moment. I wish they'd have more test flights before sending folk up there.

Just an observation. One of the big reasons why AI gets things wrong is because it's made to accommodate the fragile feelings of neurotypicals.

I got a random 1 star when my latest book released. No review. It was weird and out of nowhere. I shrugged and went, ahwell. Then a month later it disappeared.
Hoping the whatever internet gods out there pick up the maliciousness of it and removes them.
