It's easy on social media to spend hours clicking. Give yourself a break. Take a walk, play with your pet, give some the gift of your time. You'll be glad for it.

Hi - Trying to make a rez for a date that was to be available yesterday morning...is the site catching up?
Back after being gone for a while. Thanks, @savvy1.bsky.social. Good idea to come back. And hey, here's a gorgeous part of WA I just visited: Goldendale. Columbia River Gorge.
Sweet tiny piece of art from Ann Arbor, MI. I almost walked right by. So glad I didn't.
Almost 1.5 years after my horrible bike wreck, we rode over the Narrows Bridge and half of the Cushman trail. Let no one fool you, recover is constant and slow. But if you can get your mind and eyes starting to work again, anything is possible. Push.
We were on an airplane and couldn't join a big protest. But we protested.
I don't know if any of you are local, but if you're in Tacoma, come to my Community Yoga class on Friday at 4-5:15. It's donation based (or free). Source Yoga on 21st. It's a great way to start your weekend!
Spring allium glowing.
We're tired of this garbage. 700+ folks in Point Defiance, Tacoma.
Made a birthday after an 11 month recovery from my accident. It was sweet.
😀
I came up starting these areas, then hired the faculty who made them sing (people of color). That was the l 1990's. And yes, they are ALL about civil rights. Period.
This.
How about the dailies
@nytimes @washingtonpost and @guardian do counts and blurbs about Americans protesting EVERY DAY. It will have an effect. @Guardian, you first. You won’t be sorry.
Oh I miss early spring.
Understand what’s happening…
I love my neighborhood...
Can someone please tell Volodymyr Zelenskyy that we are so, so sorry for the absolutely horrible experience he had at the White House? It doesn't reflect my support of Ukraine.
We can't assume the judiciary or anyone out there is going to save us. We each have to make serious attempts to clarify how wrong all of this is. Pick a lane and go. It's NOT OKAY and waiting for it to get better is not going to work.
They may, but they're under attack, too. My friend, a federal judge hearing the case against trans folks, is under fire. The complaint is serious and totally unfounded. (I listened to the case and this guy's issue is WAY out of context.) www.lawdork.com/p/on-dojs-pe...
My dear friend and a brilliant judge, Ana Reyes, is under attack during her trial about the anti-trans order. She's being kind and challenging...as any judge would be. But of course the DOJ is now on her. I'm furious. She was so fair to attorneys. eedition.sfchronicle.com/infinity/art...
I'm also listening and it's pretty fascinating. The judge is giving no quarter.
There were between 2500 and 3000 of us in Olympia, WA. And it felt right. We are just getting started.
STOP THIS COUP.
"The greater part of the population is not very intelligent, dreads responsibility, and desires nothing better than to be told what to do. Provided the rulers do not interfere with its material comforts and its cherished beliefs, it is perfectly happy to let itself be ruled." ~Aldous Huxley
Who is reporting well on the federal firings going on every day? I want to see it and believe ot would be effective in gaining opposition.
Kendrick Lamar's show made my week...and the posts here and elsewhere about it are making me happy. He's a gift.
