disagree 🤷‍♂️ I think everyone likes to romanticise the idea of forever, but the fact that life ends makes it all the more meaningful. some people live more in 20 years than others do in 80. it’s all relative. I think Crowley is tired

again - for the record - I’m easy either way. I just want them together and happy. but if they DID become human, I would say, yeah, I can see why that was always meant to be the ending.

actually we don’t know that. how is “I’d like to spend the rest of my life” any less meaningful? neither of them want eternity, we were told that in the very first episode.

i just think that the book was always a love letter to humanity. and the point of Aziraphale and Crowley was that they were always more human than angel or demon. that’s why they love the world. i’ll be happy whichever way it goes, i just think people are ignoring what it’s always been about

are people just THAT scared of mortality that they can’t remotely conceive that Aziraphale and Crowley having a human life full of love that ultimately ends could be a nice ending. i swear it’s like y’all haven’t even read Good Omens.
