Abdul Qadar, manager of Vapourmist was fined £9,000 (reduced to £6,000 for an early guilty plea), plus £2,700 costs and £2,400 victim surcharge.
Trading standards had seized 472 oversized vapes, 65 of which contained nicotine despite stating that ‘This product does not contain any nicotine’.
Just watching now and crying with laughter. But it was clearly too much for someone in the audience.

At the same point, again she planted her paws and acted the same way. Her ears back and heckles fully up. Clearly deeply unhappy at the empty path ahead…
That’s where we end. She was not going to walk on, so walk abandoned.
So, I gave her a fuss and turned round and walked back towards to house. She trotted next to me happily wagging her tail and showing no sign of distress… but the second I turned another 180 towards the church, she started to growl.
Now, that’s weird. She’s a 12 year old lab. She never barks. She never growls. It’s not in her vocab. She certainly never bares her teeth the way she currently was. I stopped and looked at the empty path she was set on attacking. There was no-one there.
But. That’s when it all changes. As we got within eyesight of the church through the trees, her demeanour changed dramatically. She planted her feet and emitted a deep menacing growl - staring down the path.
A ghost story for Christmas….
Over the summer, I’d taken my lab to Baddesley Clinton for a walk. We’d park in the NT car park and I planned to walk down, past the church and into Hay Wood. It’s a nice walk and we’ve done it hundreds of times. The sun was shining and her tail was wagging…

Arrest over Johnsons Coaches fire
A 29 year old, Chris White, from Redditch, has been charged with arson on Saturday’s fire which destroyed multiple coaches and cars. Chris lists himself as a current employee of the coach firm.
