However, Garza clicked within the amount of games Vuc has played here. Within like 10 games Garza was raising the Celtics' floor.
It's not working with Vuc. Sometimes a vision works on paper and doesnt pan out in reality. A lot of us are waiting for the organization to cut their losses.

Hauser doesn't impact the tempo of the game, he accommodates it. If his 3 is off and the team's tempo is behind their opponents' Hauser is a non-factor.
Whereas Scheierman's presence is always felt.

Tonight, the tempo needed to change. I think this is a blind spot for Joe. Which impacts his Win The Margins strategy. You win the margins with tenacity and toughness. I think Joe has some growing to do yet.

When it's analyzing the difference between Vuc & Garza i get a lot of skill vs skill arguments. I dont think that's the way to assess these two. We are talking about rotation guys. It's more about their *intangibles* like hustle and grit. Can they change the tempo of the game? Vuc can't. Garza does.

The Celtics needed energy tonight. They were a step slow. Like a drummer can speed up tempo, one player can do that on the court. Garza does that. Vuc is the slowest player i have seen on the Cs since Tristan Thompson
If Joe counts on shooting to level out (Phili come back down and Boston to shoot back up) he wasn't watching the Miami series in '23 or the Knicks series in '25.
