Played a demo at last year's @tabletopscot.bsky.social and was very taken with it.

I'll be interested to see the prep as I would also like to run it as a one-shot sometime.
A reminder that nominations for Golden Geek close this Sunday. And while we are at it, check out these other excellent podcasts:

My hope & plan is to be at UKGE this year, & SHOULD THAT BE THE CASE please can we meet & play some kind of game. If I'm there I definitely want to hit up the indie market. I also want to just hang out with the gorgeous freaks who make up the tabletop scene & hear how you're doing.

They've filled Stadiums running live actual play shows. The shows have millions of views on Youtube. I am not sure what going through the negotiations to get things show in cinemas is worth it.
Throwing the signal up to my #ttrpg friends, some of whom I've already contacted about this -- anyone got a contact for Sean Preston, who ran the rpg game company Reality Blurs? Did some great Savage Worlds settings and the amazing Tremulus horror game. Last thing I can find is a 2020 blog post.
Battle in the Burgh 6 at Stewart Brewing in July! I'll be there commentating, and you can come and watch the fights!

DIE top of the list for me here.
I am back commentating at Battle in the Burgh this year, a robot fighting competiion. This year it is being hosted at Stewart Brewing!
I've been thinking about the issue of bias in game reviews for a little while, so I tried to make some kind of order out of those thoughts and wrote a post about it.
Maybe some of it rings true for you. Maybe some of it you never considered. What do you think? punchboard.co.uk/my-reviews-a...
Can't wait for the new album
"...takes the core of Blades and provides additional structures to not only make Blades 68 a pulpier version of the original Blades in the Dark but to give GMs a better chance of getting their game off the ground."
From the skim read of Blades '68 by @giantbrain.co.uk
Check out the full piece here:

Photograph of a three person panel on a stage.
Great wee panel at Conpulsion. The bisexual lighting and velvet curtain gave the whole affair a stand-up-club vibe that, honestly, more con panels should embrace.
Thanks Tim. That genuinely means a lot to me.

I don't seem to be able to. I would really just need a short overview of the game and maybe an art asset or two if you have any for the upcoming edition. If you can message me I can share a previous article so you get a better idea of what it will look like.
I've received it I think, project update 18.

Can you not do that with something like Stars and Wishes feedback at the end of a session? I am also not sure every game needs that, though I am sure some would benefit from it if it fits the narrative the game wants to produce.
This one is all about boardgame conventions. We recently met up at a convention. But Iain & Ava are anything but conventional. This is why they are such polarising figures within the tabletop community.
I do love to polarise the community
