Still real fat but started running training again so maybe Iโll be able to shift it. Theoretically finishing week 3 of couch to 5k in Just Run this arvo, at a 5:24 min/km pace. Ideally want to be able to do 5k at 6 min and then get up to 10k at that pace (can do it slower, but end up sweat limited).

Deadlift full-body day went alright. idk. Still doing lighter weight deadlifts and practicing form. Seems to work for my legs tho. Arms also working with the upper component.

Strawberry devils food cake with a cream cheese strawberry frosting and a vanilla strawberry jam.
Sitting at -53 kg so far. Trying to get back into it.
Random recent cooking efforts. Pandan pound cake, spam fried rice, bread and butter pudding, and an attempt at pizza.
Changed my routine up a bit, to be more cardio focused and to let me play with a deadlift day again.
Now doing upper/lower/full split lift with an interval/tempo/distance mix of running days.
Curious to see if I can improve my cardio capacity and speed.
Lifting, baking, and wandering around outside. Trying to get a walk in daily alongside my short run and lift days.
My long run is enuff cardio for that day (currently Sundays, up to 12.5 km, trying 5% added per week till I can half marathon).
Got a lot of bread waste as I figure out how to bake.
Attempts have been made โ all have issues. Iโll figure sourdough out eventually.
Probably the tastiest whole wheat bread Iโve had, tho.

Been sweating my way up the Melbourne coastline over the last few days. Interesting beaches. The further south you go the nicer the sand is. The flies are just omnipresent, though. Gud times, bro.

Random selfied my way around North Melbourne, stopping in at my sisters bakery on the way to bake some brownies and chezcaek and then later to steal some caek.
Cuz damn, 35 degrees is quite toasty and I walked quite a distance in it. I deserve cake, right?

Did some washing up for my sister and got some (a lot of) free leftover caekโฆ and worked a very small portion of my piece off by starting a 5k app this morning.
Helping out at a bakery is gonna make me get fatter again, haha.
Olive oil lemon tart worked out okay, though the base wasnโt overly forgiving (snapped). Tastes great, tho.
Started learning to jog, will give one of those 5k apps a try and see how I go. Pretty fun :) (even when it literally rains on my parade).
