I tried, but then I got complaints that it doesn't fit on the screen on an iPhone, so I put it back... There's a setting for disabling it though. Perhaps I should add a setting for double confirmation?

When you say "any editor", do you mean any editor, or any terminal based editor?

Clues by Sam just had a couple of minutes downtime. The VPS was running at 100% CPU and 100% memory, blocking all traffic.
