Ugh, that's frustrating. Electric can still shave too close if you're pressing too hard or taking to aggressive an angle. But you're right, in-grown hairs should be less frequent.

I feel like along with how to balance a budget or understand credit card debt, the follow should be taught in schools:

Multi-blade razors cut hairs below the skin surface, so when they grow back some times they get caught under the surface.

Use a single blade razor if you are not already. :)
