Decided, in my foolishness, that I should replay Drakengard to kick off a Yoko Taro revisit.
This game is still incredibly bad, to the point I keep finding new things that are just outright baffling.
So many obtuse design choices, so many befuddling hit boxes, and I despise this camera deeply.

It always strikes me as odd that Persona 5 is so intensely people oriented in every capacity that it just outright refuses to engage with the broader social systems that allowed all of it to happen. Like it agrees the system should change, maybe, but that’s basically it.
