Decided to give SPARTAN-B082 Quiver Tall's helmet a design sheet. Just like I did with Quiver Strong's NEIT helmet.

Since it is based on an older Commando Helm design. I'm just probably going to name is COMMANDO/(Insert subdivision name.)

Man the gradient stops on these modded hairs always give it to the secondary color.

Still, Eva's hair from MGS3/Delta is 1:1 spot on for Quiver Wasp's.

The search is over. Now gotta figure out how to change the gradient stop on the hair.
