Author updates!
The second printing of Theta and Dreams of Refugium paperbacks—with new covers—are both live.
Ephemeris is done and I'm typesetting it now. (For real, this time)
I do need to commission cover art, though. I want a good cover, and that sort of quality is beyond my artistic skill.
Things that dragons appreciate on appreciate Dragon day:
- reading her books or stories
- letting her know what you think of her books or stories
- asking to beta-read her books or stories
- meat
- fan art
- letting her know that you still think of her now and again
- tributes
- adulation
- noodles

My intrepid readers found a bunch of minor quality issues in the eBook version of 'Theta' that are now fixed as of the next iteration of the eBook.

I hate how companies break internet standards, and people just accept that as a fact of life in modern times.

Every time you see someone saying he needs to be the next president "because he can win the election" you are seeing someone who believes that people like me must be crushed out of public life and existence as an acceptable sacrifice.
A portion of every dollar spent on Harry Potter merchandise goes to anti-transgender campaigns.
Techbros != geeks/nerds; techbros != tech. Most of them are barely technically-literate enough to do their jobs, and they're ok with that. Some are hyper-specialized in one dimension, but even then barely understand the context of what they do.
The industry is, in many ways, barely technical.

All. AI. Does. Is steal from humans. So it uses what humans use. Trying to read tea-leaves like this is a dead-end. Don't Lizzie Proctor people for their writing. THEY are the ones being imitated by AI.
