This is an art piece of Nurse from Gravity Circuit and Tachi from Metal Cardbot, which is basically Korean Transformers, combatively confronting each other in the similar famous pose of Goku and Frieza facing each other displayed in the Dragon Ball Z Newspaper as in the 90s. DJ_AfterBurnz, is facepalming because this was a situation unexpected and unwanted, knowing his wife (Nurse) is confrontational to other robot women trying to get close to DJAB. Tachi has been stalking these two because of DJAB's mistake interacting with her Robo-Runway model posts on her Social media, Making Nurse very wary and angry. DJAB and Nurse have a quarrel and make up. Tachi however peeps DJAB's comments, checks his page, becomes fascinated in him, and therefore becomes extremely para-social. Tachi starts sending fan-mail, expensive gifts, etc to his home from her status, and it started making Nurse and DJAB very anxious to where cops got involved. Tachi sent a provocative image of herself infront of DJAB's house one day which turned to the last straw. DJAB and Nurse go to HighKingMike (another Vtuber) for help to get Tachi off their backs as he's another Robo Casanova with power and status. DJAB and Nurse go to Houston Texas's Spring break for a Robo Con after two weeks of the previous interaction, go to an expensive nightclub, meet with HighKingMike again. Tachi happens to be in this club and links with HighKingMike. They fool around, and then Tachi catches DJAB in the club with Nurse, and then puts two-and-two together to learn HighKingMike and DJAB are close buddies. Nurse catches wind of what's going on, and it leads to this picture full of tension outside in Houston streets. Tachi makes fun of Nurse's small size compared to her gigantic frame by poking her cheetah tail on Nurse's bangs. Nurse call's Tachi's thighs Fat and overweight with robot puns. The argument starts involving talking about DJAB. I'll leave it up to you to determine what happens next on Robo Baby Mama Drama.
