Uhh to put it in less of a clusterfuck sentence: I think "JRPG" is one of those terms coined to try and define "those Japanese RPGs" and all the supposed traits that's *supposed* to encompass, but nobody agreed ahead of time what those traits are so now people will inevitably argue about it in (1/2)

Unfortunately the only actually correct answer to this is "depends on who you ask" (well, moreso than other (sub)genres at least), where it not even being an actual valid category/genre is a possible answer (it's my answer personally)

If it does actually turn out to be missing I'm guessing this sort of thing is probably why. I imagine they would want to players to be able to share songs but then they probably don't want to bother moderating allat, so they just don't include it altogether.
