I've been laid up this past fortnight with sciatica on one side whilst coping with a 9 month old hip injury on the other. As my ice cold foot is beginning to thaw, I have booked an acupuncture session for tomorrow. Doubt I'll manage a knees up anytime soon, but you never know. 😜
