*This number relies on media reporting and is likely an underrepresentation of the actual number of murders. It also does not include suicides, deaths through neglect or abuse.
A graphic reads "Transgender day of Remembrance. 350 trans people have been murdered in the last year*. Today we remember them, their lives, and who they were. Climate justice demands that the sustainable world we create, is a sustainable, safe world for trans people too. We are not safe until we are all safe" Roses and candles in the pink, blue and of the transgender flag decorate the page
🏳️⚧️In the last year, @tgeuorg.bsky.social recorded 350 transgender people being murdered. 93% were Black or Brown trans people.
✊A just transition must safety and happiness for all trans people.
Remember the dead, but fight like hell for the living.
