yeah solo is a huge slowdown in progression since it's a lot more constructed around ratting, whereas crewing means you're just constantly completing contracts (you get 50% the rep of contracts your crewmates finish!) and killing mobs/players

A lot of factors to consider here, including that this isn’t a live service game, but I think the constant doomerism from media that doesn’t even ask developers their metric of success is not particularly useful.
