I've asked the team to clarify. We do limit the number of speakers based on overall budget, but we definitely covered those costs for multiple speakers each year.

We do cover those fees, but you're right, I'm not seeing any mention of that. We'll fix this!

The LLM built the proto-persona, so I wouldn't bet it's as accurate as an actual persona that requires extensive amount of research :)

And I want to use LLM to assume this role and generate fake transcripts to test initial hypotheses – and see the overlap with actual user interviews.

I’ve had success using customer job descriptions to let LLMs infer and generalize them into multiple proto-personas.
