Frost on garden plants
Cold and bright today.

Not sure I’ve ever stayed this close to the piste before.
Optimistic start after a grim day yesterday.
Dawn's slowly creeping forward to coincide with my morning run. The hedgerows were alive with birdsong today.
I thought I’d be dodging flying bins but it’s strangely calm at the moment. The storm must still be on its way.
New shoe day! Never tried La Sportiva for running before, only climbing, but my Inov8s have been discontinued. I thought I’d try something a bit more stable for longer distances.
Apparently they take a bit of breaking in?

The mud on the local trails has reached a consistency where you spend half the ride looking like something from the Flintstones
Misty run round town his morning.
Ride aborted after the first climb due to a mechanical this morning. Still nice to see the frost on the trees before it melted.
A step stile in a 5 foot wall.
Athletic dogs only
A change of scenery running in the Peak today.
A murky run this evening with poor visibility…got back and found I’d put my head torch on upside down. #running
A muddy field with some blobs in it. The blobs might be deer.
Lots of deer about on my ride this evening. #crapwildlifephotography
Turbo thaw in full swing this morning. Shorts and sunglasses by the afternoon.
It feels wrong dot watching the #spinerace while having a rest day. I had a good night's sleep last night, too.
Post-ride lunch of champions.
A bit icy in places but it’s warming up fast.
That looks fantastic. Suggest you turn the heating up at the same time.
You had much better views than I did in the mist on Port Meadow.
A frosty and misty start this morning…fristy?
Bit chilly out.
Happy New Year! I was up half the night with a dog that doesn’t like fireworks then got an early ride in this morning.
The boggy slippy hill was boggy and slippy (and looks flat in photos).
I didn’t take my phone on this morning’s run, so you’ll have to imagine sunrise over misty meadows instead. Still a lot of tree damage being cleared up from recent storms.
Got past the aggressive goose (eventually) and ran through a misty Wytham Woods for the first time. More tarmac than I was expecting.
Awkward goose on a tow path
“Thou shall not pass”
Foggy start so no views today. Here’s a muddy bridleway instead. #gravel
