-Underfund higher-need/underserved schools
-Label them “under-enrolled”
-Use that as justification to reallocate resources

DeKalb residents were pleased that Commissioner @tedterry1.bsky.social's informative Data Center Town Hall, but:
- One resident said the Town Hall seemed like soft-marketing favoring datacenters.
- Another said the Commissioner promised an hour for public comments then filibustered criticism.
When data centers come to DeKalb, when the brownouts occur, guess which communities will be the first to lose power and the last to get it back? All while the data centers experience few service interruptions, if any.
