We’re close to the HS2 line - I vaguely remember reading about a plan to have paths running alongside when complete - I can’t find anything current though. Do you know any other news?
Seems like a no brainer with all the service roads running alongside the construction site.

Booking days off working when I can to go for a cycle ride, visit a gallery etc. It’s easy to stay in the office and pretend to work when I’ve not a lot on but seeing that as an opportunity to get out and away from work helps.
